Questions about my Google listing

How do I renew my Domain Name?
You will receive an email which includes a link to renew your domain name to the email address used on your domain order from up to 180 days prior to the expiry of your domain name.
Further emails will also be received periodically, and will also be copied to info@yourdomainname.
Any domain name not renewed by the expiry date will be suspended, and all email and web related services will cease to operate at this time.
If you do not wish to renew your domain name, then click the cancel link which is included within the renewal emails and we will not contact you in relation to this domain name again.
How do I renew my Hosting Account?
We will send out your renewal email prior to expiry of your services. Your service will not auto-renew upon its due date.
You will not lose time by renewing early, and so you may also select the renew now option to renew via a different payment method.
If you later choose to renew your account after it has expired, then the renewal will start from the date that renewal was actually due, not the date of renewal.
It is advised to renew your services prior to the day that your service expires, otherwise if for some reason you do not renew on that day then your service will be deleted the next day!
How do I upgrade my hosting account?
Your original hosting settings email will contain a link to the Hosting Upgrade page that will enable you to upgrade your account.
If you are unable to locate this email, simply contact Live Support or the Helpdesk and ask for a Hosting Upgrade link.
